Circus is associated with huge arenas and the roar of the crowd, but this intimate 1:1 aerial performance puts you so close to the performer that you can hear her every breath.

Ellie Dubois's award-winning performance may be only ten minutes long, but it's an unforgettable experience for each  audience member, who sees a world of circus artistry that unfolds for their eyes only. At the Roundhouse, it will be performed by circus artist Francesca Hyde, who will swing from a trapeze in a display that emphasises hard work over glamour, sweat over sequins. The audience member is teased, left powerful and vulnerable at once, in a piece that looks at the nature of the voyeuristic observer-performer relationship.
