Why do whales sing? Why do humans wail?

Last year, Little Bulb Theatre embarked on a quest to discover the answers to these perplexing questions and more.

Now, they share their findings in an aquatic cabaret of songs, science and soundscapes with chances to win cheap prizes galore!

There will even be a surprise special guest who only has limited time away from their ocean home (wink).

Join Little Bulb Theatre (Orpheus, Operation Greenfield) for a haphazard two-hander that’s sure (contents wise at least) to be a whale of a time.

Wail was developed in partnership with Nuffield Laboratory, with especial thanks to Professor Paul White of Southampton University for sharing the knowledge from his whale-sized brain. Little Bulb Theatre are produced by Farnham Maltings.

As part of A Nation’s Theatre Festival taking place across April and May this year, in celebration of theatre from around the UK.

'If there is a more loveable company than Little Bulb, I can't name them' The Guardian
