Experience kinbaku (aka shibari/Japanese rope bondage) as an artistic inspiration, a performance art in its own right and as a means of erotic communication.

The London Festival of the At of Japanese Bondage presents an unparalleled range of talent from around the world and is rapidly establishing a reputation as the Japanese bondage event. It includes Kinbaku inspired art, photography and design,presentations, classes and workshops by world renowned experts, music, movies and videos,performances and demonstrations as well as Japanese food and drink.

Friday 23, September

Daytime:

Kinoko Hajime’s master classes: Very restricted places as classes are small. For advanced students, who must be able to tie a standard Kinoko/Osada Steve 2-rope takate-kote.

Esinem’s introductory Japanese bondage class: For complete beginner’s and those who wish to learn the key building blocks of shibari in authentic Japanese style.

Evening: Opening night with shows by some of our top performers, plus art and photography exhibition .

Saturday, 24 September

Daytime: Workshops and presentations.

Evening: Shows, socialising and tying.

Sunday 25, September

Daytime: Workshops and presentations.

Evening: Shows, socialising and tying.

Monday 26, September

Evening: Salon of Kinbaku life drawing.

 

Tickets will go on sale in batches. We expect them to go fast, so watch this space! The first fifty double tickets are now on sale. Get them here! Single tickets for entire festival will be £95 and double tickets (two people) will be £150. This includes all events except the Kinoko Hajime ‘Master Classes’. A separate fee will be payable for Kinoko’s classes as they will be for small groups to allow his full attention to each student. Tickets for individual days will go on sale at a later date than those for the entire event if places remain
