Seeking Slow is a day-long event, to stand back, take time and explore the concept of Slow.

From collaborative consumption, to stirring up the senses, Seeking Slow is a day to think differently, whip up imaginations and bring back the mastery of the Slow. Here’s how the day will unfold...

Grow

Get green-fingered, by growing some ingredients for the day. Call the growing line below to receive your special heritage seeds. Sow, nurture and bring the fruits of your labour along to the day to share with fellow guests. Hand them to the chefs at Street Kitchen and let them do the rest. Your table is counting on you.

See

Doors open at 9am, with the ‘Our Autonomous Nature’ art exhibition, curated by Chloe Tinsley, which draws into question our relationship with nature today. This exhibition is free to all.

Inspire

Join writing agency Stranger Collective for a morning workshop, taking you on a journey through Feeding their unique process of creative nourishment .

At 3pm nourish your body with a workshop from the internationally renowned expert in nutrition, Dr. Harald Stossier who will be demonstrating applied kinesiology, orthomolecular medicine and discussing the renowned Viva Mayr diet

 Eat

At 6.30pm we welcome a food inspired guest list. Expect growers, artists, architects, nutritionists, artisan food businesses, scientists and anyone with a passion for food. Our accomplished Chef Mark Jankel  will sate appetites with a unique four course dinner, developed with the Viva Mayr diet in mind and using ingredients plucked moments before.
