London Sinfonietta’s new digital channel features podcast The Music That Made Me: hear it live, with guests Matthew Herbert and Anna Meredith.

In January 2020, the orchestra launched their new digital channel – a dedicated platform to present specially curated new music content and online concerts including a new podcast series The Music That Made Me, a series exploring six key pieces of music that have influenced and inspired composers and artists, from Tansy Davies and Anna Meredith to Georg Friedrich Haas.

Join the London Sinfonietta for a live podcast recording of The Music that Made Me with discussion from musicians and composers Matthew Herbert and Anna Meredith, hosted by cellist Zoe Martlew. Within the intimate space of the music-lovers café, Spiritland Royal Festival Hall, this live recording will include extracts from the artist’s selection of key pieces played on the venue’s extraordinary sound-system.
