Discover how to:
- Practice Mindfulness anytime, anywhere
- Master your own mind through movement
More About the Workshop:
A unique blend of Mindfulness, Martial Arts practices and neuroscience, this workshop explores the fascinating links between Mindfulness, movement and the brain. Led by neuroscientist and leading Mindfulness expert Dr. Tamara Russell, it includes a mix of theoretical knowledge and pioneering meditation exercises.
Perfect for:
- Busy people who struggle to find time to practice
- People who struggle with the traditional seated meditations
- People looking to deepen their existing practice through movement
