Inspired by the book by Miguel de Cervantes, presented in association with Ultimo Comboio.

Dear audience,

We won't swear to it, but you can believe that we would like this production to be the most beautiful, the most brilliant and the most discreet piece of theatre that you could imagine. But we haven't made that…

“I had no idea what to expect when I blindly ventured into Don Quijote. It really kept me captivated, and the relaxed approach they took with this work-in-progress all worked towards an almost euphoric finale! I would recommend seeing this play to anyone, and I hope I get to see the final product!” - Keir Fernie, IP1 magazine, after the 2012 Pulse festival showing.

Tom Frankland is a Fringe First Award-winning theatre maker, whose credits include Paperweight (The Frequency D’ici) and Frankland and Sons. Keir Cooper's experience includes working on music for film, theatre and dance as well as a host of writing and performing for various bands/ensembles - currently he writes and performs for avant garde rock/jazz trio – A Sweet Niche. Don Quijote was performed as a work-in-progress at Sprint 2012 and has since been developed as part of CPT’s Starting Blocks scheme.
