A two day event of talks, performances and workshops, celebrating the theatre and performance art of Catalan poet, playwright, graphic designer and visual artist, Joan Bossa.

Dates and Times: Wed, 23 May 2018, 12:00 – Thu, 24 May 2018, 21:00.

Over two days audiences will, for the first time, have the opportunity to find out more about the theatre and performance art of Joan Brossa (1919-1998).

Known internationally as an avant-garde artist who collaborated with Miró and Tàpies, Brossa also wrote many plays, musical actions, dance pieces and striptease scenarios.

So join La Seca Espai Brossa and the Centre for Catalan Studies at Arts One for talks, workshops and performances with experts, directors and performers from around the world.

Participants include: Emily Mast (USA), Jonathan Allen (UK), Hari Marini (Greece), and (from Catalonia, Spain), Laura Pau, Adrià Aubert, Jordi Oriol and Carles Pedragosa.
