Two cousins from a close-knit community on South Africa’s Wild Coast have opposing plans to develop their land.

“An engrossing documentary standoff between corrupt pro-mining forces and a South African coastal community.”

Dennis Harvey, Variety

Nonhle wants to develop eco-tourism in order to protect her community’s homes, farms, graves and traditional lifestyle while Madiba is planning a titanium mine and national tolled highway.

Meanwhile, their King and Queen, who oppose the mine and highway, are deposed by the South African Government.

The UK Green Film Festival is a nationwide network of film lovers and green thinkers. The 2016 edition of the festival will take place in cinemas across the UK from 1st - 8th May.
