The London Feminist Film Festival comes to Hackney Picturehouse for its inaugural year, from Thursday 29 November to 2 December 2012.

We have a great line up of feminist films by directors from all over the world – in total 16 films from 14 different countries. We’ll be showing a range of short films and feature length films, including 6 premieres. Each screening will be followed by a panel discussion featuring directors of the films, feminist activists, academics, and critics. All panel discussions will be chaired by writer and broadcaster Bidisha.
