Artist, poet and filmmaker Jean Cocteau takes the classic fairytale of The Beauty and the Beast and styles it for an adult audience with inimitable flair and imagination. This sumptuous feast of visual trickery was to prove an early and indelible influence on fashion photographer Tim Walker, whose work is currently being exhibited at Somerset House.
