Jump around! Welcome to our arty party where variety is Queen, and she has No Shame! Featuring a rare SWORD WALKING performance by Marawa the Amazing (La Soiree) - (alas, we're not able to do the trapeze). Crazed fiddling and stomping from gypsy band the Romany Diamonds. Ear tickling tunes from The Dolly Mixtures – an all girl band of recorder players! Decadent retro sounds from DJ Amber Broken Heart and Twinkle Toes (Whoopee), plus taking us into bouncy hours with jiggy tropical disco is DJ AJ Holmes (Secousse). French artist du jour Elle Bundy will be offering her body art to who ever wishes to have their flesh stroked by the ink of her brush!

Plus! A special photography exhibition between Run Riot and Lomography, the makers of the worlds best analogue cameras! You can submit your work to the competition before Friday 28 Jan - see below for details.

Marawa The Amazing (Performer)
You'll know Marawa from her conquering the world with hoops! But that's not all she does! Oh, yeah! Tonight, Ladies and Gentlemen Marawa the Amazing will be performing as the death defying SWORD WALKER! Sassy, hot to trot and as skilled as they come, Marawa is both sleek cabaret artist and cheeky clown. A virtuoso of the Hula Hoop and a demon on skates, she has dazzled on stages across the world, her unique brand of coquettish comedy charming and amazing audiences in equal measure. And now - she takes to the skies with her aerial work! Part Josephine Baker and part Betty Boop, Run Riot is delighted to welcome this exquisite package of carnival energy to our very own No Shame party!

Romany Diamonds (Live Band)
Fast and furious gypsy jazz band comprised of three generations of gypsy musicians who bring a crazed atmosphere to No Shame. Ricardo Czureja, founder of the Romany Diamonds, arrived in the UK from Poland with his family in 1998. The Romany Diamonds have existed in everything other than name for a long time, but were finally christened and formalised in 2008. The Czureja family have always been musical; Ricardo’s son Benjamin explains that music is “what we live off; it’s our bread”. The male family members play violin – a tradition going back generations – but Benjamin has broken the rule and learnt the guitar. Heavily influenced by Django Reinhardt, Ben’s guitar playing adds a little gypsy jazz to their music. Their music is an energetic whirlwind of violins played at breakneck speed, hurried along by the rhythm section of accordion, keyboards, double bass and guitar. Whilst their music is traditionally Roma in sound, flecks of other genres appear, such as folk music from Slovakia, Poland and Hungary, and Jewish music.

A.J. Holmes is the artist formerly know as Vanishing Breed also as a fonding member of They Came From The Stars I Saw Them. The New Electric Hi-Life is Holmes’s unique blend of West African Hi-life music and Electronic Pop. The phase 'Hi-Life' is from ‘Highlife’ a musical genre that originated in Sierra Leone, Ghana and Nigeria starting in the 1920's and is a hybrid of African and European music styles.

Amber Jane, Broken Hearts (DJ)
Amber is one half of creative collaboration the Broken Hearts, best known for their spectacular DJ sets described by The Independent as “a Hollywood musical on hallucinogenics.” They are involved in numerous arts, fashion and music projects, all with a basis in history and a grounding in the culture of theatrics, from the catwalk to the circus. Bringing together the old and the new is a style trait that the Broken Hearts adhere to throughout their creative pursuits, from presenting radio shows (described by Lauren Laverne as “a 60-minute shimmy across a different musical landscape every week”), to creating soundtracks for silent films and designing clothes inspired by sideshows. They have been featured throughout the style press from i-D to Elle and Grazia, and have appeared as fashion and music commentators on shows such as T4′s ‘Frock Me’ and 4Music’s ‘Frockstars’.

French born, London based artist whose 'body art' work is an earthy, sensual and dark twist of one of our favourites - Keith Harring. Elle is of the moment, with her work responding to the body she endorses with which stroke of the brush. Give yourself to her - you'll not regret it!

The Dolly Mixtures (Performers)
Led by Whitechapel Gallery's writer in residence Sally O'Reilly this all-girl troupe of Recorder Players perform with intense joie de vivre. Their playlist includes favorites from Ride of the Valkyries to I'm So Pretty, Match of the Day, Wuthering Heights, Titanic theme (whatever that's called), Neighbours theme, Dambusters, and, of course, Greensleeves! For them, it's the taking part that counts!
