After a storming debut at their local, The London Fields pub, in January, Hackney's cult radio station returns.

Their presenters will be whirling up a disco, hip hop, pop and bass storm on the decks.

Presenters taking to the decks are:

BLONDE AMBITION

Deanne Oliver-Evans aka Blonde Ambition is a party popper personified with her excitable gyrations, high energy tunes and funky-fresh mixes. She hosts successful party 'Lovesick' at The Shacklewell Arms in Dalston and, when not touring the UK festival scene, can be found falling out of London Fashion Week after-parties and spinning the soundtrack for 'Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model'. Deanne not only DJs and promotes but is pleased to add presenter to her bow, hosting the Blonde Ambition Show on LFR.

OLIVER KEENS

Oliver Keens is the worst celebrity DJ in the world. He can mix and he has taste in music. Plus nobody knows who he is. Despite all these setbacks, he's thrived across festival land (Bestival, Isle of Wight, Standon Calling, Secret Garden Party) and has shared stages with heroes old and new, from Grandmaster Flash to Jackmaster. Being a music writer for the likes of Time Out and Juno Plus means he's kept topped up with the latest musical mood swings, but if you think he's above playing Faith Evans' 'Love Like This', you sir would be dead dead wrong.

BETHNAL DREAMS

Bethnal Dreams is the flourescent-lit, tropical and triple-X DJ alter ego of Kate Hutchinson, Time Out's Clubbing editor and station manager and programmer at London Fields Radio. When she's not spinning red-hot rockabilly and rock ’n’ roll like it's 1957 at parties like Stumblin' Slims and Boom Boom Club, she's dropping bass down low and exploring her love for everything from R&B remixes and disco-pop re-edits to funky house, garage and the rest of east London's underground club music.

In the corner of a coffee shop, tucked away on a quiet street in east London, a micro radio revolution is taking place…

London Fields Radio is a unique local station that creates podcasts for the creative community of London Fields in Hackney and beyond direct from the window of The Wilton Way Café.

London Fields Radio produces a range of quality and specialised broadcasts with an emphasis on good old-fashioned conversation, inspired by Wilton’s delectable blend of coffee, and authoritative and eclectic musical selections. They are filled with the diverse and vibrant characters that live nearby and aim to represent all aspects of the E8 neighbourhood, which can especially be seen and heard during their live broadcasts at Wilton Way’s now-infamous street parties.
