This July, award winning theatre company The Red Room present Lost Nation, a captivating and challenging account of poverty in the UK told from the point of view of a lost nation often left unheard.
Spread over 5 days, each day a different actor tells a different true story in a different location in Brent. Beginning from the moment the ticket is brought, the audience is taken on a journey; provided with the location of the performance, insights into the character and instructions for engaging with The Poverty Project online. As part of the overall The Poverty Project documentary, the Lost Nation will be filmed and broadcast online, placing the audience as not only a spectator but also as integral to the live film shoot.
