Korean cinema has never been hotter, with 12 feature films released in the

UK this year alone and films such as Old Boy by Park Chan Wook now seeing a translation into Hollywood with a Spike Lee remake.

The 5th annual London Korean Film Festival (3-17 November) brings together the best new Korean films across a variety of genres including many premiers and special previews, with directors in attendance. This year's festival offers everything from revenge thrillers and cop dramas, to explorations of culture and politics in North and South Korea and phenomenons such as K-Pop. Infact, we're particularly looking forward to Thursday's performance by Korean phenomen, Shinee. Check out their brilliant song, Replay, above.
