- I've paid for my tickets but haven't received confirmation yet - what's happening?
Please first check your spam box on your email client, if cannot see any confirmation there, please forward us your Pay Pal confirmation to shop@run-riot.com so we can re-send your confirmation email.

- The Run Riot system has given me different dates to the ones I bought - why?
The system oversold on certain dates. These customers have been offered an alternative date or a refund. The system used is Paypal who host the transaction on their site. The system could not cope with the volume of ticket sales (500 tickets sold per 30 seconds).

- The Run Riot system has given me different dates to the ones I bought - Who do I speak to about a refund?
Please email shop@run-riot.com For a quicker reply, please put Refund in the email subject line.

- The Run Riot system has given me different dates to the ones I bought - When am I actually going, I'm confused?
Run Riot will be sending out confirmed dates along with your allocated time shortly.

- I'm really confused as to when I'm supposed to be attending...help!
The most recent email from Run Riot is your date to attend. You will receive another email from Run Riot with your allocated time, this will include the date you're attending.

- How many people can ride the Bum Bum Train and why so few?
There are under 1000 tickets available to ride You Me Bum Bum Train. This is due to the unique format of the show - only one person at a time gets to experience You Me Bum Bum Train. Because You Me Bum Bum Train is hosted in unusual venues, licensing laws restrict the amount of show dates possible. Everyone working on the project is a volunteer, and as there is a large volume of people involved in the production, at this stage it isn't possible to do a lengthier show run. You Me Bum Bum Train would love for the show to be experienced by more people and aim to do this with future shows.

- I tried to get tickets but couldn't get on to the site...where can I get some?
Tickets for December have now sold out.

- Will more tickets be made available - if so, when?
Tickets for the December show have sold out. If there are cancellations or we are able to release any more tickets we will keep you informed as to when these tickets go on sale. Join the YMBBT Facebook Group for the most up to date information.

- If I can't get tickets can I get involved some other way?
Yes! You Me Bum Bum Train is unique because the cast is bigger than the audience. Taking part in the performances is a rewarding way of experiencing the show from a different perspective. No experience necessary. Contact youmebumbumtraincast@gmail.com for info on how to get involved.

- Will you be extending the run based on demand?
We are currently working on extending the show run into January. We would love to be able to meet demand, however due to the limitations surrounding this year's venue and licensing further dates cannot be confirmed at present.

- How many tickets are available in total?
Under 1,000 tickets went on sale for December.

- Why haven't You Me Bum Bum Train been more responsive?
You Me Bum Bum Train is a not for profit organisation. Everyone working on the production is voluntary, including all management. We run on the goodwill of hundreds of volunteers so please bare with us if we don't have the resources to manage every enquiry. The response this year was unprecedented and exceeded all expectations.

- Why haven't Run Riot been more responsive?
During the day of Sales (07/11/11) the main Run Riot server was overwhelmed by traffic and crashed, disabling our emails. In response to this Run Riot used Twitter to announce updates. Run Riot is a small independent company and we are doing our best to answer your questions. Thank you for your patience.

- Why did You Me Bum Bum Train pick Run Riot as their ticket agent?
Run Riot were confident they could handle the demand for tickets and prepared best they could for the release. You Me Bum Bum Train chose not to use a large corporate ticketing company and opted to support an independent business to handle the ticket sales.

- Will Run Riot ever sell tickets again?
Yes.

APOLOGY FROM RUN RIOT
Run Riot are truly very sorry for the inconvenience caused to those of you wanting to buy tickets for the You Me Bum Bum Train, as well as those who have bought tickets but have had to be allocated to an alternative date. We have provided a full Technical Explanation as well as the above FAQs - we owe you this many times over.

We were expecting a large volume of traffic, but we were clearly overwhelmed by the intensity of it - meaning tickets were selling at a rate of 500 per 30 seconds. Tickets were sold via PayPal who did not cope with tickets selling at this rate, and as a consequence oversold on several dates. During this period we received 80,000 hits from people wanting to buy under 1000 tickets. Despite preparing the company who hosts our dedicated server, the main Run Riot site buckled. In response to this we redirected all traffic to an alternative server. This took time, but as soon as it was working we announced the tickets being on sale - which sold out within seconds.

YOU ME BUM BUM TRAIN
You Me Bum Bum Train are in no way responsible for the management of the ticket sales or any of the technical issues that have arisen. They are the promoter and are responsible for the event. Run Riot are acting as the ticket sales agent, and are responsible for the method of ticket sales. Run Riot has great respect and admiration for You Me Bum Bum Train - for those of you without tickets and would like to get involved with the production, we highly recommend joining their cast or crew.

You Me Bum Bum Train and Run Riot wishes to thank you for your support.
