Calling all artists in London Borough of Brent:
DEADLINE: SUNDAY, 1ST MARCH


Wasted Spaces has received funding from Brent council to create several Wasted Spaces windows in conjunction with local artists. All participating artists will receive free exhibition space and funding. If you are an artist who live and/or works in London Borough of Brent please send us examples of your work. The deadline for submissions is Sunday March 1st 2009.

Wasted Spaces:
Wasted Spaces is an international non-profit organisation, transforming empty and unloved spaces into exciting art experiences. Vacant shop fronts and commercial windows become a platform for young and emerging artists to showcase their work. By making use of discarded space, art is presented and appreciated by an entirely new public who would not normally experience works of this kind, and the traditional barriers between art and the audience begin to be broken.

Get involved:
Wasted Spaces is open to any London based artist from any discipline. Wherever possible we try to place artists in locations that are local to them.
