MyStreet launches nationwide call for your films!
MyStreet has today launched its national competition to give everyone the chance to tell their stories about where they live, through film. These stories are all linked to postcodes and contribute to an ever-evolving digital map of the UK.
www.mystreetfilms.com is a website and online film channel hosting all of the film submissions. Submitting is free and films are automatically entered into the annual competition (deadline 8 May 2012). Shortlisted films will receive a UK premiere at this year’s Open City Docs Fest in June and the three winners will be announced at the awards ceremony, receiving cash and equipment prizes.
