£22,000 - £25,000 (pro rata) dependant upon experience. 6 month fixed term contract.

The Retail and Front of House Supervisor has responsibility for overseeing front-of-house operations and driving ticket sales and other purchases, as well as joint responsibility with the Head of Operations for sourcing and buying product that reflects the museum’s ethos and fits the visitor profile in terms of pricing, style and requirements. The Museum Shop currently has revenue targets of £48,000 for the next 6 months.
