Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £24,000 per annum

As Music Programme Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to help devise and deliver a coherent, dynamic and ground-breaking programme of music projects, workshops, projects, masterclasses and performances for young people aged 11-25 years.

You will also coordinate public performances, festivals and showcases by young people and will also liaise closely with our Youth Policy and Engagement Team to ensure clear progression for young creatives and that all relevant data is captured and evaluated.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience of coordinating and leading varied programmes of music for young people and delivering these to time and within budget.

Excellent communication, administration and team working skills are essential as is a commitment to mentoring and developing young creatives. The successful candidate will be required to have a current and acceptable DBS check due to the nature of the role.
