Job Opportunity: Marketing Manager, Spitalfields Music

Spitalfields Music is recruiting a Marketing Manager to join the communications team. This is an opportunity to join an award-winning charity at an exciting time in its development. The Marketing Manager will deliver a marketing strategy that will communicate the vision of the organisation and champion clear and accessible communications in order to maximise the number and diversity of people involved with all of Spitalfields Music’s activities.

Term: This role is designed to be a full time role, but a job share could be considered. 

Pay: £24,000–£30,000 pro rata, payable monthly in arrears direct into your bank account. 

Hours: 8 hours/day including 1 hour lunch break, occasional evenings and weekends throughout the year and up to six evenings per week and weekends during festival periods. Normal office hours are 10.00am to 6.00pm. Holiday: 23 days annual leave pro rata 

Probation: This appointment is subject to a three-month probation period. 

Pension: A contributory pension scheme of 3% is offered to all staff after satisfactory completion of probationary period.
