Entelechy Arts and Upswing are seeking to engage a film maker/ digital artist to work on a short six day commission as part of a Flying/ Falling R&D programme, a participatory arts project that has been designed to pioneer a new means of creative co-production that brings together isolated older participants, artists, producers and health professionals.

The programme will explore the art of flying, falling and the older body. There will be two creative laboratories In Deptford and in Stockton that 'share the stage' to explore ideas of uncertainty, vulnerability and change in later life. 

Entelechy Arts are looking for a film maker/ digital artist to undertake a short collaborative residency. The artist will play with and test ideas within a creative environment comprising of older participants, circus artists and health specialists, working alongside the project team to explore ways of working with film/video that could inform and be incorporated into the design of a larger work that has the potential to be created after the initial development phase (funding permitting).

Digital Commission x 10 days @£200       -    £2000

The Commission will happen between August/October 2015
