Salary range: £26,000 - £30,000

This is an exciting time for an ambitious individual to be part of the next chapter of Rambert’s history, helping the company to realise their full potential and ensuring fundraising success.

As a key member of a small team, the Development Manager will be responsible for all aspects of raising funds from trusts and foundations, working closely with Rambert staff to identify suitable schemes, projects and other activities that might attract support.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the trust and foundation landscape, display an imaginative approach to developing proposals, have persuasive communication skills and a track record of successful fund raising. A minimum of four years’ relevant experience is essential.
