Digital Assistant

The Philharmonia Orchestra seeks a Digital Assistant to support a wide variety of video work in the Orchestra’s in-house digital team. Video forms a major part of the Philharmonia Orchestra’s digital output, and the Digital Assistant will work on all areas of video output, including video podcast series, supporting production planning, shoots, editing, post-production and exporting. iOrchestra Project / Audience Development Manager (part-time, freelance)

The Philharmonia Orchestra is undertaking an ambitious two-year audience development and education project, iOrchestra, based in the South-West Peninsula region (Cornwall, Plymouth and Torbay) and centred on its award-winning programme of digital installations. They are seeking an exceptional individual to lead a team of three locally based Project Co-ordinators in delivering the project, which involves partnerships across local authorities, education and community arts sectors, both formally and informally. This is a part-time (c.3 days per week), freelance position, fixed term over 2 years from October 2013. Required to work flexibly across 24 months (October 2013-September 2015 inclusive), equating to an average of c. 3 days per week.

Fixed fee per year £15,000 (£30,000 across two years). Additional expenses detailed on job description. iOrchestra Project Co-ordinators (x 3 posts, part-time, freelance)

The Philharmonia Orchestra is undertaking an ambitious two-year audience development and education project, iOrchestra, based in the South-West Peninsula region (Cornwall, Plymouth and Torbay) and centred on its award-winning programme of digital installations. They are seeking three locally based Project Co-ordinators (based in Plymouth, Torbay and Cornwall) to assist in delivering the project and nurturing the community relationships with 5 identified neighbourhoods in each region. These are part-time, freelance positions, fixed term over 2 years from October 2013. Required to work flexibly across 24 months (October 2013-September 2015 inclusive), equating to an average of c. 2.5 days per week.

Fixed fee per year £8,500 (£17,000 across two years). Additional expenses detailed on job description.
