The Beck's Green Box Project has showcased some truly innovative and exciting works from an eclectic set of artists. Amongst them are Sam Bompus and Harry Parr, names synonymous with, well... jelly!

From glow-in-the-dark jelly and jelly sculptures of iconic landmarks to breathable alcohol jam containing a speck of Princess Diana's hair, Bompus and Parr create spectacular works with culinary and artistic genius. They have created works during London Fashion Week and at the Barbican and are now looking to take their magical gastronomy worldwide.
Bompus and Parr bring their delightfully British eccentricity to the Beck's Green Box Project. Inspired by the great chef of the 1800s Antonin Careme, who connected food and architecture, they have created a most marvellous box - if a little wobbly.
