The International Festival of Experimental Film and Video 25 FPS Festival is inviting new film makers to apply for its 2017 international competition, taking place in Zagreb between September 28th and October 1st.

"We're searching for innovative explorations of cinematic language, narration and the medium itself, film types and genres that cross and broaden the notion of film as art. Festival is open to expressive original concepts, progresses in terms of theme, idea and aesthetics, as well as works that perpetuate the tradition of avant-garde and experimental film."

Filmmakers, artists, producers and distributors should submit films completed after 1st of January 2015 and not longer than 60 minutes. Deadline for submissions is 31st of May 2017.
