Village Underground's Superstition launches new disco brand Black Magic Disco
You know that your love is my love, my love is your love, our love is here to stay…
From the team that created one of London’s best-respected techno nights, Superstition announces the launch of Black Magic Disco for spring 2017, setting off into the stratosphere with Gerd Janson and Prins Thomas for the official launch on Friday 17th March.
Black Magic Disco will see some of techno’s major players go right back to the genre’s roots, delving into the disco tracks that Detroit DJs began mixing to. The series will be dedicated to the floor spinners, the outré, the outlandish, the shimmering and the unattainable. If you came to London with the hope of finding a better breadth and depth of club programming, Black Magic Disco is your new home address.
When the 17th arrives, you’ll be able to tilt your head skywards on the dance floor and you’ll see BMD’s deconstructed disco ball installation suspended from the ceiling, guiding the moves for total feel good disco vibes through to the early hours.
If January and February did nothing for you, get your groove back this March with Gerd, Prins and Black Magic Disco.
