Timberlina, the world’s number one ethically-minded drag lady returns to Underbelly - this year armed with piano jazz rebel Dr Aspalls for a startling alt-drag cabaret of environmental proportions.

This effervescent show tackles climate catastrophe with glamorous charm, passionate wit and raging fury through a collection of joyfully irreverent, original songs about such hot topics as fatbergs, milk, ocean plastics and packaging.

It will make you feel invigorated, connected, ecologically-inspired and even optimistic… so come take a dip in the carbon-neutral, geothermic warmth of Timberlina’s sardonic wit.

Ravishing bearded beauty, activist, home-maker, museum guide and bingo caller, Timberlina made a move to the country a decade ago to escape the tireless ecological contradictions of city life with nothing more than a modicum of glitz and a lust for Mother Nature.

Now, with just 12 years left until irreversible climate weirding kicks in and a nanny state more intent on keeping kids in school and in debt than saving the world, Timberlina returns to the Smoke accompanied by the itinerant virtuosity of Dr Aspalls and fuelled by passionate exasperation, bewildered rage and a ceaseless curiosity for those who deny common sense.

'The show teases rather than preaches.' - Lyn Gardner

'Satirises middle-class and hipster concerns' - The Guardian

'Timberlina does it all, sings, swings and serves some truth' - Broadway World
