Dr Tamara Russell from the Art of Mindfulness is a neuroscientist, clinical psychologist, leading mindfulness trainer and martial arts expert trained in Shaolin, Kung Fu and internal martial arts styles. She has taken meditation flash mobs onto Brixton streets, conducted Mindfulness sessions on the Barbican stage, and been in dialogue with his Holiness the Dalai Lama. Her forthcoming book, Mindfulness in Motion explores the fascinating links between movement, mind and the brain.
