The experimental and and sometimes downright bonkers sounds of South East London are gathered and melded together at The Albany.

This is a celebration of the sheer breadth, variety and quality of outsider music being made in SE postcodes. Albert Newton, the trio John Edwards, Pat Thomas and Charles Hayward (of This Heat, Camberwell Now and countless other incredible groups) perform together for the first time in 17 years – in the same venue of their first ever performance, no less. Elsewhere, Aine O’Dwyer, an Irish musician now based in the UK, performs her exploratory chance- and improvisation-based compositions. In addition, uncategorisable three-piece The Balloons will also be performing, and Resonance FM regular DJ BPM plays out grime.
