Hello Bright Eyes,

Ready yourself for something heady, surreal and sensual. Can you smell that musky, sweet fragrance? Can you hear the laughter, the music, the sounds of strange goings on? It's only a few moments away down the passage of time... come to the tropical pleasure garden in the sky, a special one-off event curated by Lara Clifton and Johnny Blueeyes at the Barbican Conservatory Garden. The happening is 'EROTIC'... There is more to tell... Read the Mary Meyer interview with Lara and Johnny, and win a pair of tickets to attend!

But what of tonight? Head straight to God Don't Like It! Yes! The Tamesis Dock, a musical party on a boat upon the Thames where the likes of Thomas Truax, David Cronenberg's Wife, and The Lost Cavalry will entertain you while the tide gently caresses your vessel. If it's conversation you want, we say get on board for Global Cool's 'Art of Conversation' - meet at Speakers Corner before embarking on a surprise chatty journey - quite literally - as you take over a London Routemaster! The world of lo-fi moving pictures comes to the Tate Britain on Friday where you'll see Paper Cinema at 'The Lovers, the Dreamers and me'. And this Saturday - a little festival in Londons 'coolest' park - it's Little London Fields with an HOT line-up of local talent - really is something hip baby! See you there!

This weeks Indian Summer pick for the diary is Stephen Fry 'Live!' at the Royal Festival Hall (Mon, 13 Sept) where he'll be giving an exclusive preview of his hilarious, frank and courageous new book 'The Fry Chronicles'. Will it be a Twitter style haiku? One suspects not!
