Survey: Hackney’s Evening and Night-time Economy

This is a really important survey by Hackney Council on the future of Hackney's nightlife. It'll take 5 minutes and it'd be great if you could share your views with the council.

Survey Description (from Hackney Council):
We want to hear your views on Hackney in the evening (6pm to midnight) and night-time (midnight to 6am). This would include socialising in pubs, bars and clubs, restaurants, music venues, theatres, cinemas etc.

Gimme Shelter - Charity fundraiser with PJ Harvey

A series of one-off events to mark the charity Shelter’s 50th anniversary. Gimme Shelter explores four main themes: art, music, literature and film. Featuring artists such as PJ Harvey and Ben Wheatley, the events will be held at various locations across London. Tickets will cost £10 per event, and the money goes to Shelter.

Launching the series, Shelter work with specialist events company Book Slam in presenting an evening of live readings with PJ Harvey, Tracey Thorne, Joe Dunthorne, Laura J Martin and Mark Watson - hosted by Salena Godden.
